In using the reservation system, the user agrees not to engage in any conduct that could harm the image, interests, and rights of third parties or that could damage, disable, overload, or interfere with the normal use of the system.
The contents of the reservation system are made available to the user by
Judeolosan, S.L. and include information from both our own sources and third parties.
We strive to provide the highest quality and reasonably up-to-date content, as well as the availability offered in reservations, areas, seats, and selected menus. However, we do not guarantee the usefulness, accuracy, completeness, relevance, and/or timeliness of the content.
Through these general conditions, no intellectual or industrial property rights are transferred regarding the reservation system or any of its components. The user is expressly prohibited from reproducing, transforming, distributing, publicly communicating, making available, extracting, reusing, forwarding, or using them in any way, by any means or procedures, unless it is legally permitted or authorized by the rights holder.
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Cancellation information :
We take your credit or debit card number as a guarantee and confirmation of a reservation when you make a reservation online or by phone (via a confirmation email).
To confirm and guarantee a reservation at our restaurant via web or phone, it is absolutely essential to enter your credit or debit card number. No charges will be made to your card for the reservation at that time.
Once you have completed your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information and details of the reservation for your review.
If you wish to modify the date of the reservation, the time, the number of guests, add any additional services, etc., you must contact us at the phone number of our restaurant at least 2 hours prior to the start time of your reservation.
No-show information :
In the event that guests do not show up at our restaurant on the reserved day and time, without any prior notification either by phone or in writing, or without any valid justification preventing the guests from attending the designated date and time for the reservation, our restaurant will charge the corresponding penalty to your credit or debit card for the no-show.
Penalty information :
When you make a reservation at our restaurant, you accept our cancellation policy, no-show policy, and penalties.
We reserve the right to execute the penalty charge on the credit or debit card provided at the time of the reservation in the event of "no-show by the guests on the reserved day and time".
Once the penalty has been executed, we will send you the corresponding charge invoice to the email indicated in your reservation within 14 business days after the reservation date.
